Great coffee requires a commitment to quality. From selecting the seed stock to pulling the espresso shot, each step in between is as important as the next. That is why at Green Cauldron Coffee we have implemented a “500 - Step” philosophy to ensure that each level of production is a product of care, experience and accuracy. To help us along the way we have commisioned the research and development of a Sub-Tropical Coffee Growers Guide to highlight best agronomic praticise and crop management. To ensure we are at the leading edge of harvesting and processing technologies we consult with a range of Australian and International industry leaders to produce management systems that are driven by quality and fueled by great coffee.
