Our coffee is distinguished by our environment and as such we take great care in following a sustainable approach to farming. Our innovative processing facility has been integrated with best practise waste management systems to capture and reuse our important natural resources. We limit the use of in-organic fertilisers and we do not use any pesticides, fungicides or fumigants on our plantation.
Portions of our plantation have been set aside as wildlife corridors with Green Cauldron Coffee developing a Vegetation Restoration Plan to improve the conservation and habitat value of important ecological areas within our property. This includes removing noxious, non-native weeds and replacing them with plants of local providence; restoring the ecological balance and increasing species diversity.
Wallabies, echidnas, koalas and platypuses are just some of the distinctive Australian species inhabiting our plantation.
