Harvested in late spring our unique micro-climate provides the perfect conditions for a slow 11 month ripening period. Rich with natural sugars and a well rounded complexity the prime coffee cherry is mechanically selected using our new Korvan harvester. Once picked the fresh cherry is delivered to our onsite Processing Facility where it’s transformed into some of the world’s finest coffee bean. The result is well worth the wait.
